Bom, mas espera-se mais pelo preço pago
Localização boa, cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Optamos pelo café da manhã fora do hotel. Atendentes simpáticos. Cápsula de café ou chá disponíveis no quarto (incluso).
Tudo estava indo muito bem, até que na último noite o ralo do box entupiu, molhando todo banheiro e parte do quarto. Ao solicitar resolução, nos foi informado que por ser à noite não teria como chamar o técnico (fora da hora de trabalho). Nos foi somente oferecido tomar banho em outro quarto. Em nenhum momento algum funcionário foi no quarto avaliar a situação e secar/limpar e eu tive que pedir toalhas para eu mesmo secar o chão. Por sorte iamos embora dia seguinte. Espera-se que um hotel deste nível esteja preparado para resolver problemas deste tipo rapidamente.
